Recently I got an email from one of my subscribers. He asked... I'm trying to manifest what I want but I continuously feel afraid and anxious. On top of that there is a lifetime of bad patterns of thinking, long-standing feelings of lack, low self-esteem and the tendency to hone in on my previous disappointments. What can I do? The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool for positive manifestation in your life.

Firstly, I highly respect this person for asking this question. For one, he accepts that these are his active thoughts and feelings. Many people I know doing this work, including the self-titled 'spiritual' ones, refuse to accept that they have any negativity present in their vibration. It wouldn't be spiritual after all. Please!

It's essential to understand what is going off in your mind and take control of it. The fact that you think and feel this way indicates that it's active in your vibration. You will continue attracting situations that mirror back to you circumstnaces to feel anxious and disappointed. Empowering yourself with the Law of Attraction is amazingly helpful for Relationship Attraction, and is not difficult to understand.

Einstein said: No problem can be solved from the exact level of consciousness that manifested it. He meant tapping into the a higher order of being. Personally that means coming into Universal Love and Abundance, or the Divine unifying power of Source. Wouldn't it be perfect if we could just flip a switch and let go and let God, as it's said? Easier said than done most of the time for most of us. However, you can begin by committing to a daily practice of looking for things to be grateful for. Search for the love and kindness in your life as it is right now. That is a huge and immediate vibration raiser.

If you can work to make peace with where you are you will immediately be releasing resistance to your desires. Do not worry that being ok with your current circumstances will attract more of it to you. It will not. But you'll be doing the very important step of releasing resistance. You see, constant attention on your circumstances is causing you to attract more of that same stuff. So easing up a bit and searching for aspects in your life to appreciate will soften your vibration. You can't have your attention on a thing and exclude it from your vibration.

After you've solidified what you want to bring into your life, the next step is to figure out what thoughts and feelings you truly have around the likelihood of your manifesting what you desire. Is worthiness an issue? Is your track record and the past receiving your attention? I suggest writing down what's present in your beliefs and then making statements that soften little by little until you can imagine what it is like to already be feeling what you want as if it's your present life experience.
